Cancellation of Services Policy

You may cancel or pause your recurring service at any time with at least 24 hours’ notice before your next scheduled visit. You can cancel by contacting us via phone, email, or through your online customer account (if available).

  • Missed Appointments: If we arrive and cannot access your yard due to locked gates, aggressive pets, or obstructions, the full service fee will still apply.
  • Weather Cancellations: In cases of extreme weather, we may reschedule at no charge.
  • Refunds: No refunds will be issued for past cleanings, But we will try to correct your grievance within 24 hours. Refunds or credits for upcoming services will be given immediately.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at {email address}.
