Cancellation of Services Policy
You may cancel or pause your recurring service at any time with at least 5 days’ notice before your next scheduled visit. You can cancel by contacting us via phone, email.
- Missed Appointments: If we arrive and can not access your yard due to locked gates, aggressive pets, or obstructions, the full service fee will still apply.
- Weather Cancellations: In the event of extreme weather, we may reschedule at no additional charge.
- Refunds: No refunds will be issued for past cleanings. If you feel we didn’t do a job well done, we’ll try to fix it within 24 hours of the clean-up. Weekly and biweekly subscribers pay by the month. So it’s 4 cleanups and 2 cleanups respectively. If you cancel, we’ll subtract from services rendered and refund the remaining balance. We still keep the one-time fee.

Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at {email address}.
